This copy would seem to have come from a reunion of this famous squadron with 76 signatures and 12 related letter's and ephemeral items, 2 of the letters are from Air Chief Marshal Sir Basil Edward Embry in command of No 2 group Bomber Command . A tribute is inscribed on the title page by Michael Bowyer. There are various highlights and annotations through out the text. 8vo. 352 pages 90 illustrations .24 maps.Original blue cloth covered boards in slightly worn dust jacket. All edges slightly browned top edges more so. A very interesting item .
