First edition, first printing. Original green cloth with black titles to the spine and upper board, in dustwrapper. Illustrated throughout with fantastic black and white drawings by Audrey Pilkington. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth a little faded to the spine and board edges, the corners lightly bumped. The contents are clean throughout and without stamps or inscriptions. Complete with the lightly rubbed, nicked and creased dustwrapper which has a short closed tear to the bottom of the rear panel and is toned to the spine.
