About the Author
Michael J. Marquardt, Ph.D., is professor of human resource development at George Washington University as well as president of Global Learning Associates. His nearly thirty years of consulting experience include work with such clients as Marriott, the Peace Corps, Arthur Andersen, Singapore Airlines, and the governments of Indonesia and Jamaica. He is the author of numerous books and articles in the field of management and organization development, including Building the Learning Organization, winner of the 1996 Book of the Year Award from the Academy of Human Resource Development.
