Lightly soiled at spine fold and edge, with a 1-inch tear and associated creasing with loss to margin of final leaf (text unaffected) and a little very light foxing, otherwise clean and bright. A checklist of items required for worship, the fabric of the buildings and their surroundings as well as of the habits of church officials and the behaviour of the local congregations, providing a moral census for the Archdeaconry.
