Internally, [4], (v1), [1], [14] subscribers, [2] errata, 204, 436 pp, titles within double ruled border, 2 bookplates to fpd (Robert Chatfield LLD & Edward Leopold Lockyer MA), lacking half the fep, ink name (Thos. Richards) to ffep, with a list of subscribers. In 2 parts, part 1 dealing with the numbers & part 2 the lists with names and places. Un-restored. (Folio, 223*347 mm). (ESTC T145152). Title continues: heads of colleges, fellows, scholars, [etc.] who were sequester'd, harrass'd, [etc.] in the late times of the grand Rebellion, occasion'd by the ninth chapter 'now the second volume) of Dr. Calamy's Abridgment of the Life of Mr. Baxter, together with an examination of that chapter.
