[Dystopia] FIRST US EDITION, first impression. Octavo (20 x 14cm), pp.[8] 328. With 10 black and white cartoons by Low. Publisher's light brown cloth with darker brown titles to spine and upper. With the dust-jacket also illustrated by Low. Edges and spine toned, otherwise internally clean. Jacket toned to spine, with light wear and chipping to edges. Very good. A university don, seeking the patronage of a rich man, is possessed by the spirit of a Fascist leader during a séance, who overthrows the British government in a coup and starts a war against America as a consequence of attempting to conquer the world.
