Complete in two volumes [a third volume mentioned in the advertisement leaves was never printed]. Volume one a little toned or lightly browned otherwise a very good copy. Minor light reading wear. Volume two is clean throughout and a near fine copy. Both volumes uniformly bound fine, dark blue full leather, full gilt decorated, raised bands. Ornate gilt windows and décor to the boards. Gilt block to the spine with two matching labels. Gilt inner dentelles to the boards. Very minor rubbing to the odd corner or edge otherwise an outstanding set. ESTC 006349317.
