Contemporary half calf, spine ruled in gilt and with red morocco label, marbled paper sides, edges yellow. Near-contemporary gilt stamp of the bibliophile barrister Francis Ferrand Foljambe (1749-1814) to spine. Light wear, front joint starting but holding firm, minor browning and foxing: a very good copy.
