All the text was letter-press printed; the images were printed 4 to 6 color or duo-toned b&w, and with the blacks double printed. From a first edition limited to 7500 unnumbered copies. 108 pages on four different stocks of paper + a printed, wrap-around glassine tissue guard; color and b&w illustrations throughout; 13.75 x 20.5 inches. Biographies. Each page is 13x20 inches and each spread, 26x20 inches. Condition: Fine paperback in a clamshell that is Fine except for a split at three corners in a Fine slipcase.
