Item description from seller

First edition. As is often the case with this title, what we have is the atlas volume only. Oblong folio. Lithographed title-page, map and 75 plates, i.e. a full complement. The map and the first three plates have small faint traces of damp in the lower margins, not affecting the images. Elsewhere a couple of plates have marginal marks or small tears, again not affecting the images. The binding has rubbing to the boards and the front boards has a couple of coffee rings. The plates are generally fine.…
