A scholarly album of the costume and set designs by the Stuart architect Inigo Jones. Jones is credited with bringing Masque performances to the English stage. This is the twelfth volume published by the Walpole Society and is subtitled 'A Descriptive Catalogue of Drawings for Scenery and Costumes mainly in the Collection of His Grace the Duke of Devonshire, K.G.'.
