The sixteenth Kelvin Lecture, delivered on February 5 at the Institution of Electrical Engineers. "I have chosen as my title "Electric Forces and Quanta," the two halves of this title corresponding roughly to the two new theories, and I propose to try to sketch out the changes these theories have introduced into our conception of fundamental electrical processes" (p. 1).
