Colin Patterson's copy with his name to endpaper, marginal pencil annotations throughout, and extensive pencil notes to endpaper (possibly in preparation for a review). Colin Patterson FRS (1933-1998), was a British ichthyologist and palaeontologist at the Natural History Museum, London.
