CalebHillierParry (1755 1822), a notable British physician and agricultural innovator. John Southey Somerville, 15th Lord Somerville (1765 1819) was a British agriculturist and president of the Board of Agriculture. Two contemporary works which argued convincingly for advancing Britain's domestic fine-wool industry both for individual farmers and national economic benefit and provides hands-on guidance for raising and managing fine-wool sheep. They are notable for bridging scientific thinking, medical reputation, and agricultural advocacy during a pivotal period in Britain's wool trade history.
