Item description from seller

Spine is a little faded otherwise this little book, printed for private circulation in 1945, is in very good condition. There is a neat, small square of blue paper partly stuck on the rear of the cover with a dedication to "Aunt Joh" from "Jess". Ferrar was killed in Italy in Feb 1945. The initial poem is Shelley's Adonais and it is then followed by a series of poems written in either Port Said or Italy in 1943 and 1944. The final poem is Sunday Morning by Laurence Binyon. Size: 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
