A revised version of this poem was published in the midst of the Sacheverell controversy in 1710, under the title Monarchy and Church, as explain'd by Dr. Sacheverel, purportedly by 'J. Distaff, cousin to Isaac Bickerstaff, Esq.' Foxon G273; cf. Madan, Sacheverell, 628. A good copy of a very uncommon poem, of which ESTC locates only 11 copies. Seller Inventory # 23296
