First edition hard back binding in publisher's original brown cloth covers, gilt title to the spine, fore and and lower page edges untrimmed. 8vo. 9'' x 6¼''. Contains [xii] 328 printed pages of text, newspaper clippings relating to an ancient Kentish manor House in Sundridge loosely enclosed. Shallow rubs to the softened spine ends and corners, age spots to the end papers, pencil marking to the front free end paper dated 1920. Very Good condition book, no dust wrapper.
