[6], 282pp. The misprinting begins on page 252 with missing text and page number, and pages, 261, 265, 268, 272 and 277 same misprinting errors. with publisher's printing errors (lines of text missing at the bottom of six pages between 252 and 277) These error affected an unknown quantity of the First Edition, first impression and, when identified, other copies were recalled and pulped.
