DJ chipped to spine ends with loss to head and more seriously to the foot, creased and slightly chipped to edges and spine, corners chipped. Inner joints repaired with cloth, text is quite bright and clean. The first edition with the correct price of $1.00 to DJ (BMC April 2002) Size: 4to.
