First UK Edition. A VG+ copy in like D/W priced 2/- net to the spine as called for. Although undated this copy accords with the English Catalogue of Books entry for 1910. It was published in November 1910 as part of the Popular Library of Art series. Laid into the back is a hand-written letter from the Author to an H A Dobson and dated 22 Nov 1910 likely to be Austin Dobson who wrote a previous book on Hogarth in the 1890 s.
