First edition, first printing of the Macmillan UK edition. A Near Fine copy in the pictoral boards, with a small patch of light spotting to lower corner of upper cover. Dust Jacket trivial rubbing to a few edges, "June 2nd" in child's hand to front flap. A further ink note "5 1/2d" on page 7. Not clipped and no ownership markings. In an acetate protector.
