First edition, first printing. Published by Hodder & Stoughton, London, in 1954. This is a very good copy of a scarce title. It has not been price clipped and shows the original 16/- net price. There are some minor areas of separation at the corners. The boards are free from notable chips and marks, but very slightly warped. The text blocks are bright and white and free from foxing. Overall, this is a very good copy of a scarce title.
