(London: George Allen & Unwin 1967). First UK Edition. Publisher's laminated boards illustrated in colour. A couple of tiny bumps to the boards, miniscule loss of laminate (hardly worth mentioning) to the left-hand corner of the front board. No inscriptions. No wear to the spine tips. No inscriptions. Spine square and firm. Some pale foxing spots to several pages (but not obtrusive). Black and white illustrations throughout by Michel Simeon. A very nice copy indeed of a fragile children's book.
