First edition. Date on title page. Near fine hardback in very good plus dust jacket (Net$1.75). Book has three initials (1 inch by 1/2 inch) of previous owner along top edge of front pastedown near gutter. Dust jacket has 2.25 inches missing from heel of spine; 1 inch missing from head of spine; a 2 inch by 1/2 inch chip to lower edge of front panel along spine; a 1/2 inch closed tear to lower edge of front panel; a 1.5 inch by1/2 inch chip to top edge of rear panel at spine; and minor, if not trivial additional wear to corners, fore-edge folds and edges. Only trivial additional signs of age/wear/previous use to book and dust jacket.

We require payment up front in the form of cash, credit card, PayPal, or money order. Please contact us by phone or email with any questions regarding payment. We do not invoice indivuals. Money orders will be held for 5 business days or until funds clear. Customer pays reasonable shipping/insurance. Orders are returnable with persmission, but refunds apply only to cost of book and tax (in CA), not to shipping. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.
