Slight fraying to cloth at top of spine. Tiny 3/8" long split to gutter at rear hinge. Some dust stains. ; Fifth edition. xv, [1], 586 pages + 32 pages advertisements. Original blind-stamped brown cloth boards. Page dimensions: 223 x 140mm.
