Profusely illustrated in colour throughout and with 28 original lithographs by Chagall (22 in vols. I and II, frontispieces of vols. III and IV, the jackets of vols. I-IV). Original grey cloth, titles to front covers and spines in black. With pictorial dust jackets, of which 4 are original lithographs. Contents clean; dust jackets fine, some light rubbing to edges, small closed tear to head of spine of vol. V, all dust jackets in their original acetate: a near fine set.
