Limited Edition, numbered 228 of 500 copies printed on Batchelor's Hammer & Anvil handmade paper by the Fanfare Press. Includes eleven illustrations from artist Thomas Lowinsky. Brown and dark red cloth with spine in gilt and gold roundels tracing edges along front and rear covers. Some spotting to covers and light edgewear. Binding is sound. Pages unmarked.
