Edition limited to 1000 numbered copies. Cloth, gilt cover title, edges untrimmed, 8vo, xvii, 93 pp. Approximately 100 entries. An early attempt to provide bibliographical information for the collectors of "modern firsts", and still of interest for the lesser authors for whom no comprehensive bibliography exists. With an interesting introductory essay by William Foyle, who finds it necessary to defend himself against the charge of revealing trade secrets to the public. Copy No. 849. Top edge slightly duststained, otherwise Very Good in somewhat browned and slightly edgeworn dustwrapper.
