The author was a novelist and screenwriter involved in several of the films of Alfred Hitchcock to whom this book is dedicated. On the front free endpaper is the printed label of the London literary agents Christy & Moore, above which is the ink stamp of David Grünbaum, an agent in Copenhagen.Tail of spine slightly bumped.
