With the illustrated dust-jacket by Edward Bawden, priced at 6s. A used copy in a worn jacket with some loss and soiling, repaired to reverse side. Owner name and a quote from Camus inked to flaps. 'The most unusual novel to have appeared in France since the war' (from the blurb).
