An excellent copy of the true 1st edition of David Frith's important and somewhat ground-breaking work, published by ABC Publishing for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. viii + 264 pages, nicely illustrated. Foreword (arguably presciently) by Peter Roebuck who wrote therein ". a study of 80-odd cricketers who have taken their own lives .". Book showing foxing marks on top edge of text block. Jacket has a little bumping at edges and corners, and a mark at top left of rear (see an accompanying illustration).
