A very good book with a dated inscription on the front free end paper in blue ink, the paper-covered boards, with illustrations by Fred Banbery, are mostly bright and clean with some fading to the spine and pushing to the head and foot of the spine, with minor pushing to the corners of the front board and rear panel, the text blocks are mostly clean throughout. Overall, this is a very good copy of a nice Paddington title.
