Cambridge: The University Press, 1931. 4to (277 x 210mm). Original maroon cloth, spine lettered and decorated in gilt; pp. [2 (blank l.)], xiii, [1 (blank)], 372; frontispiece map after D.F. McGregor, 8 plates, 7 folding, 6 bound to throw clear, illustrations, diagrams, and maps, some full-page, and letterpress tables in the text; cloth slightly discolored and a little rubbed at extremities, corners lightly bumped, very occasional light marking, otherwise a very good, internally-fresh copy. First edition.
