PUBLISHER: Ballantine Books DATE/EDITION: 1953, stated original novel, not a reprint. BINDING: Hardbound in tan spine with black lettering and red boards, 203 pages. DUST JACKET: Jacket is priced 1.50 on the front flap. Jacket has rips and chips and some light spotting but is still an attractive jacket with nice wrap around illustration. BOOK CONDITION: Sharp corners, clear lettering, tight binding and clean. Even foxing to pages. DESCRIPTION: Author was a racer, competed in more than 100 events and was at one time a member of the Ferrari team. Also authored "Top of the World". Seller Inventory # 009550
