Comes with a handwritten letter on Dalrymple Press headed paper, from Robert Harling to 'Dear Gordon.' A beautifully produced book showcasing the designs in colour reproduction of Eric William Ravilious, British painter, designer, book illustrator and wood-engraver who grew up in Sussex, and is particularly known for his watercolours of the South Downs.
