Very presentable, clean, tight and sound copy in the original dark blue binding, lettered in gilt. Dust jacket is very tidy, unfaded, not clipped. College library stamps to endpapers, not obtrusive, plus 'withdrawn' stamp. No lib. marks to binding or jacket. Book appears to have never been read. x + 358 pages, bibliography, index. Approx. size 9" by 6". From the library of Keith Dockray, medieval historian and author of several well received works on medieval and early modern history. Dockray ownership inscription.
