Octavo, 7.7 in. x 5.5 in., pp. vii, 372. Irish green cloth boards with dark green title and flower design to front, and gilt title to spine. Sunning to spine and light soiling to boards. Ink mark and very small embossment in blind ("A.A. Davis & Co.") to top of front free endpaper. Lacking rear free endpaper. Jane Barlow (1856 -1917) was one of the most popular and prolific Irish authors of her day.
