The book is bound, with its original wrappers & spine, in a custom binding by Vianney Belanger of Montreal Canada. Their label to be found on the verso of the front endpaper. A gorgeous binding in full black leather with gilt titles, brown leather inserts, six raised bands to the spine, marbled endpapers. Pictures available. Our inventory is divided about evenly between Books and Ephemera, only a small part of which is listed online Our Office hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday [PST], or by chance. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We use both Canada Post and the United States Postal Service whichever is cheapest for the customer.
