A rather shaky withdrawn library copy. The card pocket and slip have been removed from the endpapers, leaving them in an unsightly condition, and the binding is starting to separate at the hinge, although some archival glue has helped reduce the problem. However, the text is clean and all there, so if what you want is a reading copy, then this should do fine.; Ex-library.

In addition to payment through Abebooks (the preferred method), payment can be
made via Paypal or personal check or money order for US transactions only. All international sales must be conducted through Abebooks. Paypal does not adjust the exchange rate.
In January 2016 the US postal service changed international shipping rates. Books weighing 2 lbs. or less (packed for shipping) ship at a reasonable rate.
