Brown embossed hardcover is worn with bumping, loss of cloth at spine ends and edges. Both gutters are split but still holding. Spine is worn. The edges of the 406 pages plus a catalog of Catholic publications are soiled. Endpapers show soil. Front paste down endpaper shows removal of plate, FFE has name plus notations. Very slight soil and faint foxing found throughout. SEE PHOTOS.
