Dow (1851-1902), aims to apply Dow's theory of market cycles to explain developments in the American economy since 1897, and so to provide Americans with a proven tool for predicting market turmoil. Octavo. Double-page printed graph frontispiece and extensive tables in the text. Original red cloth, spine and front cover lettered in gilt, front cover panelled and with publisher's device in blind. With dust jacket. Light bumping, cloth bright, minor browning and foxing to edges and contents; slight toning, creasing, and chipping to jacket, flaps clipped and without price as issued, several small holes to folds and panels, one touching text: a very good copy indeed in very good jacket.
