Fifth Edition. recently rebacked copy with new endpapers and green buckram spine, surviving part of original spine glued on, attractive gilt-decorated front cover, rear board decorated in blind, 324 pages, all edges gilt, with 25 hand-coloured plates illustrating hundreds of species, some foxing and browning affecting foredge and occasionally at spine edges of text, but overall a clean sound copy.
