Brown cloth boards with blind stamped decorative borders, gilt lettering on spine. Front gutter cracked, spine has bumps nicks and wear. Board corners bent and worn. Top edge brown. Hinges cracked. Small bookseller and binder's labels on eps. Marks and smudges on feps. Previous owners ink inscription on half title. First few pages and map slightly foxed, but text block largely clean and sound.
