The second title page is a general series title page - Orrs Circle of the Sciences : A Series of Treatises of on the Principles of Science. And their Application to Practical Pursuits. Publisher's blue cloth backed boards, very lightly rubbed, and a little soiled, decorated in blind and gilt, slight blemish in thegilt lozenge on the upper cover. Yellow glazed endpapers, front free endpaper with a rectangular piece excised from the head, rear endpapers waterstained in the lower half. Previous owners name in ink in a contemporary hand on the title page.
