First edition, first impression. Number 5 in the Woburn Books series; one of 500 trade copies numbered and signed by the author. Octavo. Original beige-green paper covered boards, printed in lime-green with titles and designs, with matching endpapers and dust jacket, and printed on untrimmed (and here still uncut) rag paper leaves. Later ownership inscription. Darkening to board edges, ends of spine rubbed, partial tanning to endpapers. A very good copy in the spine-tanned jacket with chips to corners and ends of spine panel.
