First UK Edition. Publisher s yellow boards with blue vignettes and spine lettering. A faint reading crease to the spine and some crushing to the base of the spine (possibly a production fault) otherwise a solid VG copy in a close to fine D/W with no wear, tears or pieces missing with mild foxing to the back panel. This is the nicest example of the rare D/W that we have encountered. Scarce in this condition with these attributes. Inscribed by the Author on the FFEP: Sarah & Peter/ from BB/ 16/ August/ 69.
