About this Item

A first edition, first printing published by McGraw Hill in 1976. A very good book without inscriptions. Red top stain remains bright. No internal markings or paper flaws. In a very good, unclipped wrapper which shows slight wear to the spine tips and has a small triangular chip to the head of the front panel. Inscribed on the second free endpaper, 'To Betty Rottger/with/thanks/to a friend/Love/Ron'. Rare signed.
