Original faux-woodgrain printed wrappers, holepunched loose sheets (other examples known with leather cords), original photograph mounted to front wrapper with black photo corners, two business cards stapled to final page, as issued. Light creasing and rubbing around spine and hole punches, contents fresh. An excellent copy.
