Steve Holbert is a 30-year veteran of law enforcement and works at a San Francisco Bay Area police agency. In his law enforcement tenure, Steve has held positions in detectives, crime prevention, traffic, and SWAT. He is a court-recognized expert in traffic investigation and accident reconstruction. In addition to his diverse law enforcement background, Steve is a California POST- certified racial profiling instructor.
