First edition, first printing. Unpaginated [100 pages]; 83 duo-toned b&w plates; 8.5 x 11.25 inches. Condition: Very Good minus clothbound hardcover with light wear at the extremities in a Fair dust jacket with extensive insect damage at the edges and folds and soiling.
